This role is ideal for a dedicated ED RN specializing in emergency care, catering to a diverse patient range from newborn to geriatric. Key Responsibilities of the ED RN
  • Provide comprehensive care to patients in the Emergency Department
  • Manage patient care with rapid infusor and Arctic Sun equipment
  • Administer various drips and medications, including pressors and anti-arrhythmics
  • Adapt to a diverse range of patient demographics and conditions
  • Ensure accurate documentation within the EPIC EMR system

Requirements of the ED RN
  • Valid NY RN License with NURSYS verification
  • Current AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
  • 2+ years of ED experience, including pediatrics and travel assignments
  • Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
  • Ability to live more than 75 miles from the facility for travel compensation
