Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Utica, NY. This role requires a skilled nurse comfortable working in a dynamic environment with a diverse patient population ranging from newborns to geriatrics. As an ER RN, you will be expected to utilize your expertise in a 64-bed unit, providing exceptional care and managing complex medical conditions.

Key Responsibilities of the ED RN- Provide emergency medical care for patients with conditions such as stroke, sepsis, trauma, and cardiac arrest
- Operate specialty equipment including Rapid Infuser and Arctic Sun
- Administer required drips and medications such as Levophed, Epi, and Amiodarone
- Work collaboratively with team members in high-pressure situations
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and treatment
Requirements of the ED RN- Active NY License with NURSYS Report licenses verification
- Current certifications: AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, TNCC
- Minimum of 2 years ED experience including pediatrics and travel nursing
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC
- Charge capability highly preferred
- Must provide a skills checklist matching specialty
