Job Title: Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Trauma Performance Improvement Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Business hours, Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 40 hours/week Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Emergency/Critical Care/Trauma experience required License: Current Valid California RN License Certifications: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required Must-Have: Minimum of 1 year of performance improvement experience required Description: We are seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse to support our trauma program. This position will be on-site during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. A hybrid model with remote days may be considered. Qualified candidates must have a BSN or higher. Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma settings. A current valid California RN License is required. The Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is essential. The Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) certification is preferred but not required.
