Job Summary: Delivers coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff. Coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion. Employs independent judgment in patient care. Job Requirements: Education and work experience include a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN), preferred. Licenses/certifications include a Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required, and CPR or BLS certification required. Department specific certifications required include ACLS and PALS.
