Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) - Circulator Job Summary

This is a 13-week travel assignment for an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse specializing in circulation, located in Kremmling, Colorado. The successful candidate will join a dynamic surgical team, primarily supporting orthopedic, endoscopy, and general surgery cases.

This role requires a highly skilled and adaptable RN to ensure optimal patient care and safety throughout the perioperative phase in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical acumen and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a Circulating Nurse for a variety of surgical procedures, including Orthopedic, Endoscopy, and General Surgery.
• Ensure the maintenance of a sterile field and adherence to AORN standards and facility policies.
• Manage the operating room environment, including equipment setup, supply management, and accurate documentation.
• Monitor patient's condition throughout the surgical procedure, advocating for their safety and well-being.
• Collaborate effectively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, scrub technicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide comprehensive pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative nursing care.
