Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage a variety of patient diagnoses, including stroke, cardiac arrest, and respiratory issues. Experience in a Level II trauma center and a teaching hospital is preferred. Candidates must have strong skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, interpretation of dysrhythmias, and care of ventilated patients. Familiarity with emergency medications and procedures is essential. The position involves a patient ratio of 4:1 during shifts. Applicants should have an understanding of interdisciplinary support services and effective communication skills. The role requires flexibility to float to other departments or units when necessary. COVID-19 vaccination and booster are required, with no exceptions. Proof of vaccination must be provided prior to starting. Candidates will complete required modules and training upon hiring.
