Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,590 per week in Santa Rosa, CA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department required License: California state license required; pending license accepted Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC required Must-Have: - General Emergency Department skills - Experience in a Level II Trauma Center - Familiarity with charting systems, preferably Epic - Ability to interpret dysrhythmias - Experience with triage and management of dysrhythmias - Starting and maintaining IVs Description: This position requires working in an Emergency Department with a focus on emergency and trauma cases. The facility operates 26 beds and has a daily census of approximately 120 visits. The nurse will work night shifts, three times a week, from 19:00 to 07:00. Weekend work may be required as needed. The nurse will provide care for diverse patient ages, including adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. The role includes interdisciplinary support from various healthcare teams such as IV teams, physical therapy, and respiratory services. Candidates should have hospital experience with a minimum of two years in the Emergency Department. Experience in charge roles is preferred but not mandatory. Travelers must be willing to float between facilities when necessary. This position requires a commitment to working holidays as designated. The nurse should be prepared to engage in all duties related to the Emergency Department while adhering to safety protocols.
