Job Summary:
If you can keep your cool when everything else is anything but calm, the ER is your arena. As an ER RN, you’ll be on the front lines of patient care—handling everything from minor injuries to critical emergencies. Fast-paced, unpredictable, and incredibly rewarding… just another day at the office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assess, triage, and treat patients in emergency situations
- Respond quickly to life-threatening conditions with confidence and skill
- Administer medications, start IVs, and perform emergency interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to deliver top-notch care
- Monitor patient progress and document accurately
- Provide support and reassurance to patients and families during stressful moments
What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Strong clinical judgment and quick decision-making skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Active RN license and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS preferred)
