Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,677 per week in Tucson, AZ

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room experience required Experience in a large, urban, fast-paced Emergency Department with significant volume is required Experience with ventilated patients is required Trauma Level I experience is preferred License: Valid RN license required Certifications: BLS ACLS PALS NIHSS De-escalation certification (MAB, CPI, MOAB, etc.) required Must-Have: Must have the ability to support Patient Care Technicians and Medics Must be willing to provide every other weekend coverage Description: This position is for a Registered Nurse in the Emergency Room. The contract is for 13 weeks. You will be working day shifts. Each shift is 12 hours long. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:5. The department sees approximately 210 visits per day. Experience in managing and caring for ventilated patients is essential. The nurse must be experienced in a high-volume emergency department setting. Support for Patient Care Technicians and Medics is needed. Every other weekend coverage is required, with a total of 4 weekend shifts during the contract duration. EPIC charting system experience is required. Blocked scheduling will not be accommodated. Travelers with only one DUI on record, occurring one year or more ago, are eligible for consideration. Prior work history in similar facilities may require HR approval for rehire status.
