Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,692 per week in Odessa, TX

The position requires alternating schedules of 36/48 hours. Candidates must be able to work nights. Working during Thanksgiving and New Year’s Day or Christmas Eve and Christmas Day is mandatory. Experience with a charting system, preferably Cerner, is desired. The role involves managing a variety of patient conditions, including trauma, acute illnesses, and psychiatric emergencies. The nursing staff will provide care to diverse patient age groups from neonates to geriatrics. Team collaboration with various interdisciplinary support services will be essential. Duties include administering medications, performing assessments, and managing critical patient cases. Candidates should be skilled in intubation, obtaining 12 lead EKGs, and procedural sedation.
