Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,737 per week in Lynchburg, VA

Job Title: Emergency Room Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 9 weeks Shift: 12-Hour Night Hours per Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM, every other weekend Experience: 3 years of experience in a similar size emergency department with trauma level 2 or 1 License: Active state or compact license required Certifications: ACLS BLS PALS TNCC Trauma Certification (ATCN/TNCC/ATLC) NIH Stroke Scale (Expired acceptable) Must-Have: - ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications are required Description: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our emergency room. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years in a similar emergency department. Experience with trauma level 2 or 1 is necessary. The position requires current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC. A trauma certification (ATCN/TNCC/ATLC) is also required. Experience with Cerner is highly preferred. This position involves working 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM, including every other weekend. Candidates must be prepared for potential cancellations up to 36 hours before assignments due to census changes. All time off requests must be included in the submission packet. Floater requirements are not applicable for this position.
