Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide patient care in a high-paced emergency setting
- Implement nursing care according to established policies and procedures
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments and care accurately
- Maintain compliance with nursing best practices and standards
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Massachusetts RN license with NURSYS verification showing active current or conditional status
- Current AHA BLS & ACLS certifications
- 2+ years of experience in the emergency department specialty
- Acute care experience
- Two recent manager/supervisor references in matching specialty
- Flu vaccine required during season
- Experience with EMR systems, preferably EPIC
- Driver's license with matching address to demographics
