Key Responsibilities of the RN - ED- Emergency Department - Travel- Provide rapid assessment and treatment to patients in the Emergency Department
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure patient care plans are implemented effectively
- Monitor and document patient status, ensuring accuracy in recording vital signs and symptoms
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Educate patients and their families about the emergency procedures and follow-up care
Requirements of the RN - ED- Emergency Department - Travel- 1+ year(s) of experience in Emergency Department specialty
- Acute care experience
- Current AHA BLS & ACLS certification
- Active Massachusetts RN license (NURSYS verification required)
- Flu vaccine required during season
