Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,764 per week in Albuquerque, NM

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Holding Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years preferred (1+ years will be considered) License: Nursing license required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CPI, NIHSS Must-Have: Previous charge experience, NIHSS certification Description: This is an ER Holding unit with a medical-surgical level of care. We welcome first-time travelers. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4. Candidates must have experience with blood product administration and chest tubes. The position requires skills in continuous bladder irrigation, feeding tube care, and heparin administration. Experience with telemetry and tracheostomy care is essential. Nurses will have the opportunity to float to similar units based on facility needs. Travelers will receive brief orientation upon arrival. Expectations include working every other weekend. Pre-approved time off will be limited to what is specified at the time of submission. All travelers will need to obtain the necessary state license prior to starting.
