Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $2,765 per week in Concord, CA

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12H Rotating (Evening/Night) Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience required. License: Valid nursing license required. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH Stroke Scale. Must-Have: Previous travel experience preferred. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a position in the Emergency Room. The nurse will be required to work rotating shifts in the evening and night. The facility has a 350+ bed capacity and operates as a Level II trauma center. The ER sees over 45,000 patients annually and has a 30+ bed capacity. Candidates must have some experience in trauma care, and pediatric experience is strongly preferred. Patient-to-nurse ratios depend on patient acuity and census, in accordance with state regulations. The nurse may need to float to other areas as needed but only within their scope of skill. Weekends are typically part of the rotation, usually every other weekend. Experience with the EMR system, specifically Epic, is preferred. Any color scrubs are acceptable, and detailed information will be provided on the first day.
