Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide exceptional care to patients in the emergency department
- Assess and triage patients promptly upon arrival
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document all aspects of care accurately and timely
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Must have a valid MA RN license at the time of submission
- EPIC proficiency required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications
- Minimum 2+ years of ER/ED experience
- Must be able to independently read EKG strips
- Willingness to float to Addison Gilbert Hospital as needed
- Pass day-one pass/fail test at orientation
