Key Responsibilities of the Triage ER Registered Nurse- Provide immediate care to patients in a Level 1 trauma center
- Perform triage and prioritize patient care based on medical assessment
- Document patient assessment and care using the Epic electronic charting system
- Collaborate with the emergency department team to ensure high standards of care
- Maintain communication with patients and their families regarding treatment plans
Requirements of the Triage ER Registered Nurse- Minimum of 6 years of ER experience
- Level 1 trauma experience required
- Triage training and recent triage experience
- Epic experience required
- BLS, ACLS, MA license required
- PALS or ENPC certification preferred
