Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Nurse for a travel assignment in Middlebury, VT. This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a critical access hospital environment. Key Responsibilities of the Emergency Room Nurse- Provide quality emergency care to patients from newborns to geriatrics
- Administer IVs, perform EKGs, and manage drips/infusions
- Utilize telemedicine and Telestroke consultations
- Participate in the transport of patients requiring higher care
- Lead as charge nurse when required
Requirements of the Emergency Room Nurse- Active RN license with AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS, ENPC, NRP, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency room experience
- Previous travel experience with at least one completed travel contract
- EPIC experience from within the past 2 years
- Charge experience is required
