Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Plattsburgh, NY. This role allows you to work in a bustling, fast-paced Level 3 trauma center, enhancing your skills in a diverse and dynamic environment. As part of the emergency team, you'll play a critical role in providing high-quality care to patients ranging from neonates to geriatrics.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Provide direct and individualized patient care
- Manage drips and monitor patients effectively
- Respond to medical emergencies and stabilize patients
- Start IVs and perform EKGs
- Coordinate with crisis clinicians and advanced practitioners
- Adapt to changing patient volumes and acuity levels
Requirements of the RN - ER/ED - Emergency Room/Emergency Department- Valid NY RN license or proof of application
- 1 year of clinical experience in Emergency Room settings
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required
- Proficiency with the EPIC documentation system within the last 2 years
- Ability to work effectively in high pressure settings
