Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN specializing in Emergency Room/Emergency Department for a travel position in Hyannis, MA. As a travel RN, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a strong ability to administer and monitor patient responses to medications, direct patient care, and guide ancillary personnel.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - ER/ED

Deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
Administer and monitor patient responses to medications
Guide patient care and activities of ancillary personnel
Utilize nursing process for accurate patient records maintenance
Provide complete patient documentation throughout hospital admission
Act as resource for patient care and staff orientation
Participate in unit staff meetings and professional development
Adhere to safety and confidentiality standards
Consistently provide service excellence to all stakeholders

Requirements of the RN - ER/ED

Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
2 years recent ER RN experience
At least 1 year ER travel experience
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required
ACLS Certification required
Successful completion of CCH's Pharmacology and Basic Arrhythmia exams
Proficiency in I.V. administration, ventilator care, and telemetry monitoring
De-escalation Certification Course preferred
TNCC, ENPC, and PALS certifications preferred
