We’re seeking skilled ER RNs to join a busy Level I Trauma Center, Stroke Center, and Pediatric Emergency Department. This is a high-acuity unit with fast-paced patient flow and critical care needs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency and trauma care in a fast-paced, high-volume ER
- Assess, triage, and stabilize patients across all acuity levels
- Manage dysrhythmias, administer medications, and perform advanced interventions
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care
- Adapt to high ratios (1:5–6; up to 8 during peak/holiday surges)
