Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $3,446 per week in Boston, MA

License: Active RN license Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS) - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) - Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Must-Have: - Ability to independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and identify heart blocks. - Successful completion of a telemetry test on Day 1 with a score of 85% or higher. Description: This position requires a nurse to work in a busy emergency department. The emergency department holds up to 120 treatment areas and serves 350-440 patients per day. The schedule includes a 12-hour shift rotation with options for day and evening shifts. Two weekends are required each schedule period. Travelers must be flexible and may float to different areas as needed, including psychiatric and pediatric emergency departments. Experience with EPIC and critical care is preferred. The patient ratio will be 1:4-5 depending on acuity levels. Travelers will not be placed in trauma rooms during the assignment.
