Job Title: Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Trauma Performance Improvement Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day shift, Monday through Friday Hours per Shift: 40 hours Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma License: Current Valid California RN License Certifications: Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) required; Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) preferred but not required Must-Have: Minimum of 1 year of performance improvement experience preferred Description: We are seeking a Trauma Performance Improvement Nurse to support our trauma program. This position will be on-site during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. A hybrid model with remote days may be considered. Qualified candidates must possess a BSN or higher. A minimum of 3 years of Emergency, Critical Care, or Trauma experience is required. A minimum of 1 year of performance improvement experience is preferred. The Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification is required. Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) is preferred but not required. There will be up to 36 hours of call off available during the course of the assignment. Please ensure attention to the requested start date.
