KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Triage and treat emergency patients across all acuity levels
- Manage trauma, cardiac, and sepsis protocols
- Administer emergency medications per standing orders
- Document accurately in ED EMR system
- Coordinate with specialist teams and manage patient flow
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Have
- Active Texas RN licence or compact licence eligibility
- BLS and ACLS certifications current
- Minimum 2 years ED RN experience
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- TNCC or CEN certification
- Trauma experience
