Position Details:

• Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
• Schedule: 12-Hour Days or Nights
• Weekend and Holiday Rotation Required
• Location: Paramus, NJ 07652
• Pay Range: $46 to $66 per hour (Based on verified Emergency Department RN experience)

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and prioritize care based on patient acuity
• Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced Emergency Department
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and emergency treatments
• Monitor patient conditions and respond promptly to changes in clinical status
• Participate in Code Blue and other emergency response situations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Accurately document patient care in the electronic medical record (EMR)
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and discharge instructions
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-focused clinical environment
