Shift Type: Night shifts, 12-hour, every other weekend and holiday rotation

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality emergency nursing care to patients of all acuity levels
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in a fast-paced ER environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Administer medications, start IVs, monitor telemetry, and interpret rhythms
- Triage patients quickly and accurately based on severity of condition
- Perform point-of-care lab testing and assist with procedures
- Maintain a calm, organized approach during critical situations like trauma codes and strokes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Colorado or compact license (NLC) willing to obtain CO
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and TNCC certifications required (AHA preferred)
- Willing to submit to background check and drug screen
- Must live outside a 60-mile radius from Fort Morgan, CO
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in high-stress situations
- Proficiency with EPIC charting system preferred
- Ability to interpret telemetry strips and basic EKGs
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comfortable floating within region/zone ERs as needed
