Job Requirement

• 2 Years of RN ER experience
• CA RN License
• Certification Required- BLS, ACLS 

Roles and Responsibilities

• Emergency Response: Partner with on-site Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) and paramedics to answer medical calls across the facility.
• Injury Triage: Assess acute occupational injuries (lacerations, burns, crush injuries, chemical or thermal exposures, and orthopedic trauma)
• Medical Triage: Evaluate non-work-related acute events (chest pain, near-fainting, diabetic emergencies, shortness of breath, or allergic reactions)
• Disposition Decisions: Determine whether an employee can safely return to work, needs first aid on campus, requires an urgent care referral, or needs immediate transport to a hospital emergency room.
