Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a combined adult and pediatric emergency department across all care zones
- Manage a mixed patient population including STEMI, stroke, sepsis, sprains, sutures, and high-acuity cases
- Administer and monitor drips including routine vasopressors, insulin, and sedation
- Manage ventilators and high-flow oxygen in the absence of respiratory therapy support
- Maintain patient ratios of 4:1, with the ability to flex to 5:1 during peak census periods
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience
- Experience with both adult and pediatric emergency patients required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Ability to manage ventilators and high-flow oxygen independently
Preferred Experience / Skills- Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) certification preferred
- Experience in a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency environment with diverse patient populations
