Key Responsibilities- Serve as Charge Nurse in a Level I Emergency Room, overseeing shift operations and patient flow
- Provide direct patient care and clinical oversight in a high-acuity emergency care setting
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
- Supervise and support nursing staff during the night shift, ensuring adherence to protocols and standards of care
- Respond to and manage critical and emergent patient situations as they arise
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Emergency Room nursing
- Prior Charge Nurse experience in an emergency department setting
- Ability to work night shifts (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
- Compliance with all travel nursing credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a Level I Trauma or high-volume Emergency Department
- Strong leadership and team communication skills in fast-paced clinical environments
- Previous travel nursing experience
