Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume emergency room environment
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergent and urgent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to deliver timely and effective treatment
- Perform neurological assessments utilizing NIHSS protocols as required
- Document patient care accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- American Heart Association (AHA) Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Some trauma experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Experience working in a high-acuity or Level I/II trauma emergency department
