Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced emergency room setting
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions throughout each shift
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Respond to critical and emergent patient situations with appropriate clinical interventions
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 18 months of emergency room nursing experience
- Active RN license in Georgia or a valid Compact State license
- Current AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Current AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency department
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced clinical environment
