Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job TypeContract | Nights | 3 x 12-hour shifts | 36 hours per week
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume emergency room setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Respond to and manage a wide range of emergent and trauma-related conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and responses in accordance with facility protocols
Required Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of emergency room nursing experience
- Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification
- Some trauma experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills- Travel nursing experience preferred
- Experience working in a high-acuity or Level I/II trauma emergency department
