Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

Schedule / Job Type
Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Rotating schedule between 09:00–21:00 and 11:00–23:30, prescheduled in advance | Every other weekend required | Every other holiday required | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting with a 1:6 patient ratio
Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately using Epic EMR
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
Float between multiple facilities within the health system as required
Adhere to all facility protocols, safety standards, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications
Active and valid Registered Nurse (RN) state license required at time of submission
Minimum 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
Proficiency with Epic charting system
PA Fingerprinting (Childline) required prior to start
Must be able to complete a required pass/fail clinical exam (up to 3 attempts permitted)
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience floating across multiple units or facilities
