Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Rotating Shift (Day/Night Rotation in 4-week consecutive blocks, or Straight Nights) | 3x12-hour shifts per week | Every other weekend and every other holiday required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide acute emergency nursing care to patients presenting with a wide range of medical conditions
• Perform rapid patient assessments, triage, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver timely patient care
• Monitor and document patient status, responses to treatment, and changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and established protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Prior experience in an Emergency Department or acute care setting
• Ability to work rotating day/night shifts or straight nights as assigned
• Availability to work every other weekend and every other holiday

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II Trauma Center emergency department
• TNCC or CEN certification
• Strong ability to adapt to rotating schedules in a fast-paced environment
