    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Boston, Massachusetts, 02118!

    Job Title

    RN – Emergency Department (Adult ED)

    Location

    Boston, MA

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 12-Hour Shifts | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM | 36 Hours per Week | Every Other Holiday | 2 Weekends per 4-Week Schedule Period

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Adult Emergency Department serving 350–440 patients per day across up to 120 treatment areas
    • Independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips, including identification of heart blocks
    • Maintain a patient ratio of 1:4–5 depending on acuity
    • Float as needed to Psychiatric ED and Pediatric ED (caring for patients age 15 and older unless prior pediatric experience is documented)
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver timely, evidence-based emergency care
    Required Qualifications
    • Minimum 1.5 years of recent Level I or Level II ED experience, or 2+ years of recent Level III/IV ED experience
    • Must independently read and interpret telemetry rhythm strips and pass an on-site Telemetry Test on Day 1 with a score of 85% or higher
    • Active, unexpired BLS certification
    • Active, unexpired ACLS certification
    • Active, unexpired TNCC certification
    • Active, unexpired PALS certification
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records
    • Previous travel nursing assignment experience
    • Critical care nursing experience
