    Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN)

    Contract | Rotating Shift | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assess patients' conditions and interpret plans of medical care to deliver safe, competent, and individualized nursing care
    • Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects
    • Record and maintain accurate patient medical information, vital signs, and detailed reports
    • Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions to the appropriate healthcare team members
    • Consult and coordinate with the healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
    • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions
    Required Qualifications
    • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) state license required
    • 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience required
    • Knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and age-specific patient care
    • Ability to accurately screen and triage acute patients
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
    • Prior experience in an emergency room or acute care setting
