Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acute and emergent patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure timely and effective patient treatment
- Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and responses to treatment
- Prioritize and triage patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts or compact eligibility
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Prior Emergency Department nursing experience
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts, every other weekend, and every other holiday
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a high-volume or Level I/II Trauma Center environment
- TNCC or CEN certification
- Strong critical thinking and multitasking skills in acute care settings
