Travel RN – Emergency Department (Mid Shift)

Brunswick, Maine

Schedule / Job Type

Contract – 13-Week Travel Assignment | 36 Hours per Week | Shift: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM | Every other weekend may be required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 23-bed Emergency Department setting
• Manage a patient ratio of 4 to 6 patients per nurse
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and patient management
• Deliver care across the full spectrum of emergency department patient presentations
• Adhere to standard ED education modules and unit protocols

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department experience (4–5 years preferred)
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current PALS certification
• CPI or MOAB certification required prior to start date; NIHSS certification also required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Charge nurse experience in an emergency department setting
• Familiarity with Epic EMR
