Contract | 26 Weeks | 12-Hour Night Shifts | Every Other Weekend Required | 2 Holiday Shifts Required | 72 Guaranteed Hours Biweekly

• Perform triage assessments and provide immediate care to patients presenting with emergent and urgent medical conditions
• Deliver nursing care within a high-volume, Level 1 Trauma Center Emergency Department
• Accurately document patient assessments, care plans, and medication administration using Epic electronic health records
• Provide care across a large, state-of-the-art ED environment including private treatment rooms, fast-track area, and behavioral health suite
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure timely and effective patient outcomes

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
• Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Room nursing experience required
• Level 1 Trauma Center experience required
• Proficiency with Epic electronic health records required
• Must not have been employed (permanent, per diem, or contract) with the hiring health system within the past 6 months

• Experience in high-volume or academic medical center emergency departments
• Strong triage assessment skills in a fast-paced trauma environment

• Work in a spacious, state-of-the-art Emergency Department featuring 44 beds across over 45,000 square feet with modern amenities including an imaging suite, pharmacy, behavioral health suite, and private treatment rooms
• Guaranteed 72 hours biweekly providing schedule stability throughout your contract assignment
