Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during night shift hours
• Perform ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments as required during orientation
• Utilize electronic health record systems to document and manage patient care
• Rotate holiday coverage, working at minimum every other holiday as scheduled
• Maintain compliance with all facility competency and annual education requirements throughout the contract

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Emergency Department nursing
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission
• Active AHA or American Red Cross ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications in hand at time of submission (no pending certifications accepted)
• Demonstrated Epic EMR experience required
• One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the Emergency Department specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
• Must pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation (maximum of two attempts)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 18 months of Emergency Department experience within a single location
• Prior travel nursing experience in an Emergency Room setting
