Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during night shift hours
Perform ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments as required during orientation
Participate in holiday rotation, working at minimum every other holiday
Complete required facility modules prior to start date and annually as directed
Adhere to all facility compliance, safety, and documentation standards throughout the assignment
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 18 months of combined permanent experience in Emergency Department nursing
Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
Active AHA or American Red Cross ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications in hand at time of submission (no pending certifications accepted)
Demonstrated Epic EMR experience required
One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director within the specialty, from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
Must pass ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation (maximum of two attempts permitted)
Preferred Experience / Skills
18 months of Emergency Department experience within a single location
Prior travel nursing experience with familiarity of compliance-driven assignment requirements
