Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 12-Hour Shifts | Per Diem | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department environment
- Maintain safe and effective patient ratios of 4:1 in a fast-paced ED setting
- Float to comparable units or specialties based on facility needs when requested
- Complete required pre-start modules and any annual re-orientation or re-validation training
- Maintain a minimum of 4 shifts per month per assignment requirements
Required Qualifications- Active Washington State RN License (no license hits accepted)
- Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Room experience in a facility seeing at least 95 patients per day
- Current BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), TNCC, NIHSS, and PALS certifications required
- Epic EMR experience required (proficiency level 3 or 4)
- Minimum of 2 supervisor references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
- Must reside within 50–55 miles of the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-acuity Emergency Department with consistent 4:1 patient ratios
- Familiarity with per diem scheduling and shift-booking platforms
- Recent work history within the last 3–6 months in a comparable clinical setting
