Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma in Chattanooga, TN

Travel RN – Emergency Department (Night Shift)

Chattanooga, Tennessee

Contract | Travel | 13-Week Assignment | Full-Time | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Onsite | Projected Start: July 27, 2026

• Deliver direct patient care in a 19-bed Emergency Department with a 4:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Perform and assist with standard ED procedures, including support for physicians during complex procedures such as lumbar puncture, intubation, and central line placement
• Utilize GE Cardiac Monitoring, MobiLab, I-mobile, Care Team Assignments (CTA), and Meditech documentation system
• Participate in AIDET Validations and Nurse Leader care rounding to support patient experience standards
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team including unit secretaries, PCTs, paramedics, and security personnel
• Serve in an alternate Charge Nurse role as needed based on experience

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1–2 years of Emergency Department experience
• Current ACLS, PALS, BLS, and CPI certifications required
• Ability to wear Navy Blue Scrubs per unit dress code
• Comfort with floating within the facility (encouraged but not required)

• Prior Charge Nurse experience in an Emergency Department setting
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic documentation system
• Experience working in a tech-forward environment utilizing telehealth or mobile clinical tools
