Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients based on acuity and clinical presentation
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
- Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and outcomes in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Minimum of 18 months of permanent Emergency Room experience
- Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact state license in hand at time of submission
- Active AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required – no pending certifications accepted
- One professional reference from a manager, Assistant Nurse Manager, supervisor, or director in the Emergency Room specialty required; reference must be from an assignment worked within the past 12 months
- No open background case or license hits; all background findings are subject to facility review
Preferred Experience / Skills- 18 months of Emergency Room experience within a single facility location
- Demonstrated proficiency in ECG rhythm recognition
- Familiarity with pre-start and annual compliance module requirements in a travel or contract setting
