Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | Expected schedule includes every other weekend | Projected Start: October 26, 2026
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct patient care in a 30-bed Emergency Department (plus 8 hall beds) with a 1:4 patient ratio on night shift
Perform and assist with procedures including IV placement, blood draws, NIH stroke assessments, moderate sedation, TNK administration, and cardiac monitoring
Operate and monitor equipment such as Baxter IV pumps, GE monitors, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, Belmont Rapid Infusers, and portable EKG machines
Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system
Collaborate as a team player within a multidisciplinary night shift team consisting of a charge nurse, RNs, and paramedic/LVN support
Adhere to facility dress code: royal blue scrubs
Required Qualifications
Active RN license valid in the state of Texas (or compact license eligibility)
