Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Full-Time | Onsite | Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) | Projected Start: August 10, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in a 14-bed Emergency Department setting
- Maintain a patient ratio of 1:5, delivering safe and efficient emergency nursing care
- Utilize the MEDHOST-EDIS electronic medical records system for documentation and patient management
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of emergency conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Level IV Trauma experience required
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with MEDHOST-EDIS or comparable emergency department EMR platforms
- Familiarity with high-acuity emergency patient populations and trauma protocols
