Travel Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting during night shift hours
- Assess, triage, and monitor patients presenting with a wide range of acute and emergent conditions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and clinical protocols
- Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in the facility's electronic medical record system
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Maine or compact licensure eligibility
- Minimum of 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity emergency care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel nursing experience in an emergency department setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems commonly used in acute care facilities
- Experience with triage protocols and management of diverse patient populations
