Schedule / Job TypeContract | Night Shift | Evenings, overnight hours, and weekends based on unit needs
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for emergency patients
- Triage incoming patients and prioritize care based on acuity
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Iowa or compact licensure
- Current BLS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Prior Emergency Department nursing experience
Preferred Experience / Skills- TNCC or ENPC certification
- Experience in a critical access or rural hospital emergency setting
