    TravelNurseSource is working with Concentric Healthcare Staffing to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Easton, Maryland, 21601!

    Job Title

    Registered Nurse – Emergency Room

    Location

    Easton, MD | Acute Care

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | 16 Weeks | Nights | 3x12 or 4x12 accepted | Rotating Night/Evening Shifts (19:00–07:30 / 15:00–03:30) | Every Other Weekend Required | Holidays Required as Scheduled

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting across all age ranges, from infant to geriatric
    • Manage a patient ratio of 1:4, with the possibility of up to 1:5 with lower-acuity patients
    • Assess and care for patients presenting with a wide variety of complex, multi-system diagnoses
    • Float within the ED specialty and to sister ED facilities as needed
    • Adhere to department scheduling needs, with the primary need currently on night shift; rotation to evening shift may occur based on departmental requirements
    • Complete required compliance modules and onboarding requirements prior to start date
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Maryland RN license or Compact license at time of submission
    • BLS certification – American Heart Association only
    • ACLS certification – American Heart Association only
    • PALS certification – American Heart Association only
    • NIH Stroke Scale certification required
    • CPI certification required (Calm Every Storm online version is the only acceptable online vendor; may be completed during onboarding)
    • Minimum 2 years of Emergency Room RN experience required; first-time travelers are welcome to apply
    • Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • NRP certification (NRP or AAP accepted)
    • TNCC certification
    • Experience with complex, multi-system diagnoses in a high-acuity ED environment
