Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced Emergency Department setting
- Assess, triage, and prioritize patients presenting with a wide range of acute conditions
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes
- Accurately document patient assessments, care provided, and clinical progress in the facility EMR
Required Qualifications- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in Arkansas or compact state eligibility
- Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience
- Current ACLS certification
- Current BLS certification
- Current PALS certification
- NRP certification required (may be completed onsite if needed)
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience working in a high-volume or Level I/II trauma emergency environment
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems used in acute care settings
- Strong critical thinking and ability to adapt quickly in a travel assignment context
